Soothe & Rise was created from a simple but powerful intention to offer calm, practical support for emotional wellbeing in a world that often feels overstimulating and fast-paced.


how i work
My work is rooted in mindfulness practice, guided meditation, and pranayama — the ancient yogic practice of working with the breath.
Breath is central to everything we do. It is both physiological and deeply emotional. When we learn to work with it intentionally, we begin to shift how we respond to stress, pressure, and emotional overwhelm.
Alongside traditional mindfulness approaches, I integrate breath-led techniques that are both ancient in origin and increasingly supported by modern understanding of the nervous system.
These sessions are not abstract or overly theoretical, they are calm, guided, and practical. Designed to be experienced, not overthought.
