1. About Soothe & Rise

Soothe & Rise is a UK-based wellbeing service offering mindfulness, guided meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and emotional wellbeing support sessions for individuals, families, and organisations.

Soothe & Rise is operated by Bhuvinder Kaur Juttla (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Services

We provide:

  • Guided mindfulness sessions
  • Breathwork (pranayama) practices
  • Guided meditation sessions
  • Wellbeing workshops and programmes
  • Organisational wellbeing support

All services are designed to support general wellbeing, stress management, and emotional regulation. As we continuously expand our training, this list will be updated accordingly.

3. Not a Medical Service

Our services are for wellbeing and educational purposes only.

They are not:

  • A substitute for medical advice
  • A substitute for psychological or psychiatric treatment
  • Emergency mental health support

If you are experiencing serious mental health concerns, you should contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.
  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or via invoice for organisations.
  • A booking is not confirmed until payment (or agreed contract terms) are received.

For organisational clients:

  • Payment terms will be agreed individually before the start of services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For individuals:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may be non-refundable.

For organisations:

  • Cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if necessary, providing reasonable notice where possible.

6. Online Sessions

If sessions are delivered online:

  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues on your side.
  • Sessions may not be recorded unless explicitly agreed.

7. Client Responsibility

By engaging in our services, you agree:

  • To participate at your own discretion
  • To take responsibility for your physical and emotional wellbeing during and after sessions
  • To seek appropriate professional support where needed

8. Safeguarding

We take wellbeing seriously. If there are concerns about safety or risk of harm to yourself or others, we may need to share information with appropriate services in line with safeguarding responsibilities.

Where possible, we will inform you before doing so.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Soothe & Rise (including guided meditations, written content, recordings, and programme materials) remain the intellectual property of Soothe & Rise.

They may not be:

  • Copied
  • Shared
  • Reproduced
  • Used commercially

without written permission.

10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website
  • Copy content without permission

11. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
